Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1 – Your Date With Bhutan! (Paro to Thimphu)

Today arrive at the Paro Airport and once you are done with all immigration formalities, get transferred to Thimpu. On your way, absorb the bountiful beauty of Bhutan that mesmerises all its visitors.
On reaching Thimpu, the capital of Bhutan, check-in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2 – Traversing Through Thimpu (Thimphu Sighteeeing)

Today after breakfast, get ready for your stint with Thimpu and visit from truly significant places.
Start with the Takin Reserve that is home to the national animal of Bhutan, Takin. At the BBS Tower, you get an opportunity to see Thimpu in all its majesty from this vantage point. You also get to see the largest golden statue of Buddha in sitting position at the Kuensel Phodrang. Trashichhodzong is another beautiful place to visit in Thimpu. Last stop today is the Handicrafts Museum that showcases the art and craft of the local Bhutanese.
End your day with a scrumptious meal and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 – Say hello to Paro! (Thimphu to Paro)

After breakfast bid adieu to Thimpu and head back to Paro.
See some of the historical buildings and monuments in Paro that also has a lot of restaurants and eateries at the center. You are free to spend the day at leisure.
Stay the hotel overnight and get a good night’s sleep for the day that will follow.

Day 4 – A day in Paro!

Today after breakfast, you will venture out to be on the highest motorable road in Bhutan with an excursion to the Chele La Pass that offers nature in its pristine and ultimate beauty.
The excitement of driving on the highest point in Bhutan is unmatched, and this is one experience that will stay etched in your memory forever.

Day 5 – It’s time to say Goodbye!

After breakfast, you will get dropped to the airport from your journey back home. We are sure you had a truly memorable vacation in Bhutan in this short time.

However, nature related tours, treks, hikes and trail walking are very popular here as well due to the natural beauty of the surrounding areas of Thimpu and the region in general.

IMPORTANT NOTE :
For all the travelers it is necessary to carry original Voter ID or Passport to travel to
Bhutan.
In case of child it is required to carry Birth Certificate along with School ID card.
A permit is required for travel to Punakha. We will get the permit for our customers.
To get the permit we need to submit 2 copies of passport size photograph, clear scanned copies of the voter ID card and Passport for adults and for Kids the copy of Birth Certificate. It is mandatory to carry the same.
Entry Permit
Indian Nationals travelling between Bhutan & India do not need Visa. An identity document, be it either passport or an election commission I. D card is, however required for presentation at the immigration during entry, to obtain an entry permit along with 04 passport size photographs. Indian Nationals travelling between Bhutan and Nepal require valid passport as per Nepalese immigration regulation.
Route Permit
It is required for those travelling to restricted areas beyond Dochula pass. The Route Permit is processed & issued in Thimphu, only after arrival in Bhutan and on production of the Entry Permit. Two copies of passport size photos required while processing Route Permit. Also this permit can be processed only during working days (Mon-Fri) and applications are accepted from 9-11 a.m. and permit granted on same day from 3-5 p.m in summer and 3-4 p.m. in winter.
Yatra will provide an alternate or similar category of hotel in case the hotel mentioned in the package is overbooked.

  • 46 or more days before departure  : 25% of total amount
  • 34-45 days before departure : 50% of total amount
  • Less than 30 days before departure  : 100% of the total amount

Cancellation Policy

 If you Cancel your Holiday
 Cancellation charges per person
  • Prior to 45 days or more :25% of tour cost
  • Between 31-45 days ahead of departure : 50% of tour cost
  • Between 0-30 days of departure : 100% of tour cost
